Midterm Examination, due Wednesday, February 10, 1:30 PM, in class, Grade distribution for the midterm. 100 points possible. 100: A+ (12.5% of exams), 99 to 90: A (30% of exams), 81 to 89: A- (25% of exams), 75 to 80: B+ (20% of exams), 74 and below: B (12.5% of exams).
There will be a midterm and final exam. The exams are take-home, open-book, open-notes. You may
consult any published source (cite your references). Other people are
closed. Do not discuss with classmates, friends, professors (except
with Ross or Jong --- who promise to be clueless), until the examination is
collected.
The final exam is take-home. It will be available on the web at noon, Monday March 15. It is due by 2:00 PM Wednesday March 17. Submit your exam to Ms. Sydney Sprung in 245 Sequoyah.
