This is to clarify the department's policy (with the approval of the
campus Committee on Educational Policy) on Econ 120C.  Anyone graduating
this quarter who is currently taking Econ 120B need not take Econ 120C
but must have the proper number of electives.  If you are currently in
120B and are graduating in Spring 1998 or later then you must complete
Econ 120C instead of an elective REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT YOU TOOK
ECON 60/80.  For other cases, see Rudy in Econ 114.
