The rules for what to bring etc. are the same as in previous exams.
Chapter 3 -- Review assumptions and properties. No computation of expected
values.
Chapter 4 -- Study application Sections 4.6, 4.7, and 4.8. You should
know how to test hypotheses for individual coefficients, a group of
coefficients, overall goodness of fit, and linear combination of
coefficients. Also study the properties of specification errors. You need
not derive expected values. You should be able to answer end of chapter
exercises 4.1 through 4.20.
ChaPter 5 -- All of it. Study the applications especially. You should be
able to answer any of the exercises.
No answers will be supplied to the exercises except the ones in Appendix B.
