My thanks to Prof. Rastignac de Saint Clément for discovering a typo in an international trade paper not listed here, "Openness, Specialization, and Productivity Growth in Less Developed Countries" (with Diana Weinhold), Canadian Journal of Economics 32 (August 1999):  1009-1027. The second column in Table 5 on p. 1023 should be labeled (5) VAHERF.
