Research Statement

My research is at the intersection of Macroeconomics, Finance, and Housing. I am interested in the role of housing in the Macroeconomy, quantifying risk in housing markets, and studying the impact of home price fluctuations on welfare. My approach is often numerical, and involves incorporating tenure choice and home price expectations into dynamic portfolio choice models.
